We only check in from 14:00 to 24:00 every day. Free luggage storage is available for guests' use.

In order to respect your safety and the safety of all, accompanying persons not registered at check-in are not permitted to enter the room.

The reception is closed between 00.30 and 07.00 am, therefore it is not permitted to check-in or come back to the hostel during that time period.

After the reception closes (h.00.30), the hostel is still manned from 00.30 to 7 a.m., but only for real emergencies and not for entry or exit.

If you have to catch the first plane at dawn, you can arrange with the staff at check-in to leave the hostel between 4 and 7 am.

If you go out during the day to visit the city, leave your key at the hotel and enjoy your walk. You can pick it up on your return by 00.30.
